We are pleased to offer a one-day opportunity to learn the Reset Curriculum. Open to anyone who has had Reset In-Classroom programming at their school, and individuals who’ve had prior experience, course work or training in mindfulness.
During this day of training, our facilitators will model each of our 10 SEL, Trauma-Informed, Mindfulness-Based lessons. Following each lesson, opportunities will be provided to practice, engage in games and activities provided in the curriculum, and work directly with some of the finest mindfulness instructors in the country.
This training will model our:
• K4-4th grade 10 week program, (15-20 minute modules)
• 5th – 8th grade 10 week program, (20-30 minute modules)
Our trauma informed, social emotional learning curriculum aligns with CASEL’s core competencies. We use scientifically researched based mindfulness tools that, when practiced repeatedly, can positively influence the brain and nervous system. Mindfulness in schools research shows growth in: attention and focus, emotional regulation, impulse control, and kindness and compassion toward oneself and others.
