Lindsey’s Bio

Lindsey Ruenger is a compassionate and creative soul with a dedication to helping people navigate life through a mindful lens. Her background includes over 5 years working in Chicago Public Schools and has extensive experience teaching Yoga and movement practices to children and adults. 

Lindsey is certified in Positive Discipline through SEL Chicago and has completed Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction training at UW-Health. In addition to teaching Mindfulness with Reset, Lindsey currently enjoys teaching as a Yoga Instructor in Milwaukee.
