Elena Santi is a Reset mindfulness instructor and the office manager. She brings her authentically warm and engaging personality to her teaching and presentations, as well as her many years of experience working with students and adults. Additionally, Elena’s background includes, training in trauma- informed care, Mindfulness Based – Stress Reduction and Mindful Self – Compassion. Currently, Elena is working on her Master’s degree in School Psychology at UWM. Elena is excited to support you and your students’ well-being by teaching mindfulness based SEL techniques that can help all of us be better able to navigate the challenging moments in life with more ease and care.
